By using Wickto ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

02. Permitted Use & Match Scoring

Wickto is provided for recreational, amateur, turf, club, and community sports scoring and match tracking. You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and agree NOT to:

• Abuse, spam, or flood our real-time database or AI commentary infrastructure with automated scripts or bot requests.
• Broadcast offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content in custom team names, player names, or match titles.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our services and backend infrastructure.

03. AI Commentary & Third-Party APIs

Contextual commentary is generated dynamically by artificial intelligence models in multiple languages. While we strive to produce entertaining, accurate, and context-aware commentary, AI responses may occasionally exhibit hallucinations or humorous inaccuracies. AI commentary is provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

04. Intellectual Property Rights

All interface designs, graphics, branding, sound effects, codebases, and visual components of Wickto are the exclusive property of Wickto and its creators. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your match scoring needs.

05. Data Storage & Offline Resilience

While Wickto employs robust local-first storage algorithms to safeguard match scorecards from unexpected network cuts and browser reloads, we cannot guarantee against data loss resulting from hardware failure, manual browser cache clearing, or operating system storage purges.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Wickto is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Wickto or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

07. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of Wickto following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
